The Muppets weren’t the only people to get an animated version of their younger selves. Amongst others, Roseanne Barr was given the full-on Saturday morning cell-based treatment.

This was a Canadian show, produced for the ABC network which aired in the final months of 1990. It didn’t feature the voice of its titular star though. But it did make its way across the Atlantic, airing on Channel 4, probably as a tie-in to the live action Roseanne sitcom.
