Say Kids, What Time Is It?

This little trailer just popped up on my YouTube feed.

Nice to see a bit of Doon in there. But it reminded me that the titles for The Mary Whitehouse Experience are another comedy thing that has stuck with me all these years.

(That continuity announcement is a work of art)

To this day, if anyone asks me ‘what time is it?’, I answer in my head that it’s time for The Mary Whitehouse Experience. I also bang the keys on my keyboard to that tune when I am stuck writing, and I expect Steve Punt’s Ooh Ahh is more indelibly burned into my brain than I would care to admit.
