The Seinfeld Kevin Smith Shared Universe

I was watching Mallrats last night. It’s been a long while since I saw it, and it’s actually rather better than I remembered. One thing jumped out at me though, and it was the mention of Pendant Publishing in this scene.

Pendant Publishing?

That’s the company that Elaine Benes works for in Seinfeld. I wonder if Elaine commissioned this book?

I like the idea that Jay and Silent Bob live in the same world as Newman and The Soup Nazi.

It also reminded me that Jay and Silent Bob mention the name Provasic, which is also the name of a drug in Harrison Ford’s version of The Fugitive.
