The Naked Truth starred Tea Leoni as a recently divorced woman who is forced to become a paparazzo and immerse herself in the sleazy world of tabloid journalism. Initially running on ABC, it transferred to NBC after one season, and endured two massive retoolings over its subsequent two seasons.
