I thought we’d all enjoy a little stroll through the newspaper coverage of the early years of Spitting Image, before all the famous people claimed to be cockahoop about their puppets, and Alan Partridge wanted one of his own, but never got it.

Here’s some early news of the new production gearing up at Central, with the little nugget that Clive Sinclair was involved at one point.
