Everything’s Relative (Twice)

Mitchell Hurwitz created a sitcom about a man who is trying to rid himself of a troublesome family. It starred Jeffrey Tambor. It was not Arrested Development.

A few years before he created that show, he created Everything’s Relative, for NBC. It was cancelled after just four episodes, leaving two more unaired.

It’s not to be confused with Everything’s Relative though.

Everything’s Relative was created by Marshall Karp, and starred a pre-Seinfeld Jason Alexander, as well as John Bolger and Gina Hecht. This one lasted for six episodes before it was cancelled, leaving four unaired.

Nice little glimpse of DC Follies there before the show starts.
