There’s something charming about this sketch. I mean, it’s obvious where it’s going, but the laughs come from Hugh’s brilliant performance.

Why-De-Why on Three Of A Kind
I always find sitcom spoofs on contemporaneous comedy shows a bit … icky. And often they hit the wrong note. Some of this happens here, but Ullman’s impression is rather good. The costumes are clearly from the original show, but I’m not sure about the set pieces.
