I was aware that there had been a sequel to Westworld (1973), called Futureworld (1976), made by a totally different set of people than the original. And I am of course aware of the current HBO series of Westworld.
What I wasn’t aware of though, was the 1980 attempt at a series based on the movie, called Beyond Westworld.
The CBS show was cancelled after three episodes, leaving two left unaired.
Everything old is new again.
